Welcome to the City of Wilmington Vendor Self Service Portal! The City of Wilmington's Vendor Self-Service (VSS) program allows you, as a vendor, to manage your own account information, browse purchase orders, invoices, and 1099 data. It also allows vendors who will be submitting bids on goods and services to select commodities for the types of items that your company offers. All vendors conducting business with the City should register as a vendor through Vendor Self Service.
